Ryan Freeman has been in the construction industry for over 22 years. After receiving his BA from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2002, Ryan developed an interest in Real Estate investing. After the purchase and successful sale of his first property, his passion became the process of seeing something take shape over the course of the project cycle. After years in the residential market and the subsequent economic downturn, Ryan returned to UAB, where he received a Master's of Engineering/Construction Management Degree in 2010. This was a natural progression for Ryan and his desire to venture into the commercial construction marketplace. With over 16 years in Healthcare construction, Ryan has worked to create a niche for Ryan Freeman, Inc. by developing it into more of a boutique-style construction firm that focuses on helping his clients build spaces that match the quality of care they provide. His attention to detail and ability to get to know each client and really understand their specific wants and needs are key to the success of RFI.

Ryan and his wife Stacy make their home in Mountain Brook, AL. They have two daughters, Mary Cates 20 (Auburn), and Kinleigh, 18 (TCU). Ryan is active in his church and community. In his downtime, he enjoys golf, Alabama Football, and hanging with his girls.
